Rangers News · Rangers Drop Home Opener

After a tightly contested first half that ended with the Rangers trailing Valley Forge 36-35, the Patriots used dominance on the boards and good shooting in a 3rd quarter run, then  held off a late Lakewood rally to prevail 71-63.  Junior point guard Riley Ulintz led all Rangers scorers with 19, while senior Ayden Wacker once again hit multiple 3 pointers (4) and tallied 16.  The Ranger comeback was sparked by junior Hakeem Quran’s (13 points) slashes to the basket.  Sophomore Miles Harper scored his first varsity points (5) and provided a spark off the bench.  Seniors Ahmed Mohammad (3) and Jaquan Neal (2) and juniors Andre Hallenburg (3) and M.J Grayer (2) also scored for the Rangers.
